OUR FOUNDER
Tom Subak founded Re/Imagination Lab to bring bold, tech-enabled solutions to the social sector. With three decades of leadership in digital transformation, Tom has shaped campaigns, scaled ventures, and pioneered new approaches at the intersection of technology and social change.
Before founding the Lab, Tom led Planned Parenthood’s acclaimed digital transformation, earning recognition from the late Cecile Richards in her New York Times bestseller Make Trouble. Together, Tom and Cecile also co-founded Chat with Charley, a sector-wide chatbot initiative now hosted on dozens of websites to help abortion seekers understand, choose, and use the best abortion option available. Tom is also the founder and former CEO of a successful internet strategy firm, serves on the boards of Green Century Capital Management and Community Action Works, and is a member of the Fast Company Impact Council.
